Abstrak

Work on several orders on the job shop system is done at one time. Therefore, a good and planned scheduling is needed. The method that can be used is network analysis which is generally used for project scheduling in this study will be used for job shop scheduling. By describing the activities in a logical order, identifying critical activities, comparing the work done in series, parallel or overlapping so that they can know the comparison and can find out which system is the most effective and efficient. The research object used is fiber cylone, LTDS 1 column and LTDS 2 column. The results of this study indicate the parallel system requires a completion time of 19 days, but more requires resources The serial system takes 60 days, but the required resources are not as many as parallel systems. While the overlapping system takes 43 days, and the resources used are almost the same as the series system.
