Perbandingan Metode Klasifikasi ABC dan FSN Analysis untuk Menentukan Barang Kritis dari Produk Cat Tembok pada Toko Bahan Bangunan

Abstract

Inventory is a company's assets that is not liquid, so it must be managed carefully in order to avoid the accumulation of company capital which will result in slow capital turnover, thus impacting the company's performance in generating profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of groups of wall paint supplies at building materials stores using the ABC classification and the FSN (Fast, Slow, Non-Moving) Analysis method. The variables used in this study are initial inventory, incoming goods, outgoing goods, ending inventory, average inventory, purchase price, inventory turnover and storage time. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and document search. Data analysis was performed using ABC Classification and FSN Analysis. The results showed that there were two types of goods in the Critical category, four types of goods in the Fairly Critical category, two types of goods in the Not Critical category and two types of goods in the Very Not Critical category.
