Abstract

This paper discussed about the development process of a two-dimensional (2D) educational game project named “Panen dan Antar TBS". The game is designed to educate players about the oil palm harvesting process and the general knowledge of the oil palm plantation industry. This game development project combines knowledge related to oil palm plantations with software engineering technology. The objective is to create interesting learning process through computer game, thereby increasing user engaging and understanding of the knowledge that conveyed. This project began with the question of how to create an engaging game that still has educational elements, specifically related to oil palm plantations. The methodology used in the game development began with requirements analysis, design, and implementation. The result of this project is a 2D educational game that contains general knowledge related to oil palm.
