Trichoderma sp. biofertilizer is a decomposer capable of breaking down organic matter from complex compounds into simple compounds, thus improving soil fertility. Trichoderma sp. also has a positive effect on plant roots, plant growth, and crop production. This study aims to obtain alternative liquid biofertilizer materials for fertilization, determine its effect on morphological growth and the best dosage for oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in early nurseries. This study was arranged in a Non-Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), consisting of 3 treatments, ie P0 (100%), P1 (20 ml solution), P2 (30 ml solution). This Trichoderma sp. solution was applied by watering the base of the oil palm seedlings every 7 days. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, resulting in 9 experimental units, each unit consisting of 3 samples, resulting in a total of 27 plants. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and further test of Least Significant Difference using the STAR (Statistical Tool For Agricultural Research) application. The results of the study indicate that Trichoderma sp. fungi can be used as an alternative material for making liquid biofertilizer for oil palm seedlings in early nursery development. Trichoderma sp. biofertilizer significantly affected stem diameter at 2 and 3 months after planting, root length, leaf area, and root wet and dry weight. The best treatment based on all observations was the Trichoderma sp. solution treatment with a dose of 30 ml.
