Abstract

The management information system for koperasi build to support business processes at Koperasi Politeknik Citra Widya Edukasi. Currently, the business processes transaction was recorded manually, either for the customer transaction or reporting. The information is constructed using the software development life Cycle (SDLC). The chosen SDLC methodologi is waterfall. The development phase initiates from requirement analysis, designing system, implementation system, and testing system. This paper is the result from requirement analysis phase and designing system phase.
