Respon Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) terhadap Pemberian POC Kulit Pisang Kepok dan Biosaka

Abstract

Biosaka and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) can increase the growth of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) seedlings. Biosaka is an elicitor that can increase phytoalexin production when applied to plants or plant cell cultures. This research aims to determine the growth response of oil palm seedlings pre nursery to the provision of POC and Biosaka. This research was carried out at the Citra Polteknik Citra Widya Edukasi from June to September 2023. This research used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design with POC treatment of Kepok POC and Biosaka. The first factor is POC with a dose of P0: without POC and P1: POC 300ml/liter. The second factor is Biosaka with a dose of 20 ml/15 liters, 40 ml/15 liters, 60 ml/15 liters, and 80 ml/15 liters. This research was repeated in 3 repetitions. The results of the research showed that the treatment of POC and Biosaka had a significant effect on the morphology of height and stem diameter plant in pre-nursery. POC Treatment had a very significant effect on the Anatomy of Stomata Density (7.06 mm2) of Pre Nursery.
