Pemilihan Kandidat Pemasok Obat Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process pada Apotek

Abstract

This research discusses the selection of alternative drug suppliers at a pharmacy using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The purpose of this research is to determine which supplier the pharmacy should prioritize choosing. The research was conducted at a pharmacy located in Penajam Paser Utara Regency, Kalimantan Timur Province. The variables used are supplier criteria, ie: completeness, distance, price, discounts, bonuses and payment method. The candidate suppliers are PT X and PT Y. The data needed in this research is the degree of comparison between criteria and the degree of comparison between suppliers for each criterion. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, document searches and surveys. The data processing method used is the AHP method. The discussion method used is a quantitative approach. Quantitatively, AHP carries out numerical comparisons and assessments to obtain solutions to these problems. The research results show that PT X is a candidate that will be given priority as a drug supplier, because this candidate has a better weight than PT Y.
