Analisis Kelompok Persediaan Barang Menggunakan FSN (Fast, Slow, Non-Moving) Berdasarkan Analisis Turn Over Ratio pada Gudang Pabrik PT Sasana Yudha Bhakti

Abstract

PT Sasana Yudha Bhakti is an oil palm plantation and processing company. PT Sasana Yudha Bhakti consists of 2 (two) core plantations, namely Satria Estate and Lestari Estate and one palm oil processing plant, namely Satria Oil Mill (SOM). SOM focuses on processing palm oil into high-quality finished products of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO). SOM consists of six warehouses created on the basis of specific functions and purposes. The warehouse that stores mechanical and electrical spare parts and other materials is called Satria Oil Mill On Out (SOMGOO).  Inventory in the warehouse is needed to support operational and production performance in the factory. For this reason, factory warehouses need to know the types of materials that move fast, slow moving and non-moving with FSN Analysis. This can be known based on the movement or Turn Over Ratio (TOR) of the material in the warehouse. Knowing the group of goods will make it easier for the warehouse to supervise inventory and the layout of goods in the warehouse. Based on research conducted on 1572 goods, there are 325 types of goods that are included in the Fast Moving goods group, 158 types of goods that enter the slow moving group and 1089 types of goods that are not moving.
