Tingkat Pengetahuan Peserta KKP 2022 Program Studi Teknologi Produksi Tanaman Perkebunan Politeknik Kelapa Sawit Citra Widya Edukasi Tentang Manajemen Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit

Abstract

Professional Work Course (a.k.a KKP) is a course that must be taken by students in the 6th (sixth) semester of the Bachelor of Applied Plantation Crop Production Technology (TPTP) at the Citra Widya Edukasi (CWE) Oil Palm Polytechnic. This KKP is designed to improve the quality of human resources both in terms of expertise and knowledge in oil palm plantations, where all learning is carried out practically. Learning evaluation is needed to measure the quality of human resources through KKP activities. This research aims to see and evaluate the effectiveness of the KKP course. The research was conducted on January 13 2023 at the CWE Oil Palm Polytechnic on all students of the TPTP study program for the year entering 2020 (36 people). These students have participated in KKP activities at the Subang oil palm educational plantation CWE Palm Oil Polytechnic for 16 days from 8-23 August 2022. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through filling out an online questionnaire. This questionnaire filling activity was carried out 5 months after the activity. The level of knowledge of students is at a medium to high level. The majority of students have a medium level of knowledge with a percentage of 64%. The topic on Plantation Assistants Standard with the highest percentage of correct answers is carrying out effective communication, namely 86.11%.
